I had originally purchased a TomTom 910. I liked it the first day. The 2nd day, not so much. It completely locked up. Reset it multiple times, and it would lock up shortly after reset. So, boxed it up and took it back. Ended up getting a Nuvi 360. No problems yet.

That's one of the reasons I am an idiot. I agreed to wait to do this until after the snow and stuff was gone. I had them write out the problem right away though. That was signed and dated referencing the problem and delivery detail, however; I am likely stuck. I'm just livid about this.

I think it's the burning gas syndrome. Nothing is guaranteed to things are signed for and gas is burning. 3 months is a long time for someone to change their minds.
