The a/c light is blinking on my 2003 4runner as well. I just called the dealership and was informed that if I do need to replace the magnetic relay switch, the repairs would cost up to $1100 since it's no longer under warranty . That seems quite unreasonable! Are they serious??

I think it looks nice. But when you really stop to think about it, what is a spoiler doing on an SUV anyway? It's almost like putting a racing stripe on a 4-cylinder vehicle. It just doesn't make sense.
