You ever figure this out? I've got the same code that comes on intermittently. SRS Reader (Innova 5310) says it's the "Open in Knee Airbag (D Side) Squib Circuit. Going to follow this video today from the lexus forum... a comment on the video on youtube claims this helped with a 2010 4runner...

Update I've just seen another City 4Runner in regular SLO city livery. Which leads me to believe the city bought them through Toyota and got some sort of discount as a previous poster mentioned. Now I'm waiting for them to hit Public Surplus so I can pick up an ORP for pennies on the dollar...

I have been living here for 4 years and only just started seeing them. It could be the same vehicle that I have seen multiple times but I would make a guess they have more than 1 based on how often I've seen it.

My City has just got these delivered. I've seen a few running around town. No mods that I can tell except they have removed the trim on the Rear Pillar. Inside they have the shift stick for 4wd (not knob)... not sure what it is.

GPS Coordinates I don't have coordinates. Look up a map with Forest Service Roads in the Los Padres National Forest Area. Then have fun going down roads and finding them for yourself... There are plenty of them if you just drive for an hour or so up there.
