FYI it's smart to do the breather vent extensions when u replace the axel seal if u haven't already.

It cost me $600 n change to replace my passenger axel seal. It took the shop I used three times to get it done right. What a nightmare! They are both dry as of now.

I'm I missing something or is that the toytec ultimate kit coil overs? I just installed a boss kit w/diff drop about 3 weeks ago on my 01 and have the same damn vibration which only starts at around 55mph to about 75mph. Haven't had time to try to diagnose it yet. Like yours I'm thinking it is...

Yes I have the diff drop, I'm running the boss kit except with the bilstien 5125 shocks in the rear.

Sport05 I take it u have a gen 4? Did the third alignment cure the vibration? I'm thinking mine is related to driveline: cvs, u joints? I'm running my stock control arms.

Thanks for the replies, I did get an alignment after the lift install and it seemed great, drives straight, only issue I have is that damn vibration which comes on right at 55/60 mph. Me and my friend/co-worker installed the lift. I'm still running my old tires, I have brand new 265/75/16...

I believe my drivers side is bad, I have the boss coil overs set at 2/12 inches. They are not leaking but I got bad vibrations from the front (I believe) which starts at 55/60 mph immediately after lift install. Had a friend check it, he said there was play in drivers side cv axel. Can't post...

Lifted my 01 a few weeks ago with a toytec boss kit and immediately got vibrations at 60 + mph. Narrowed it down to my cvs joints. I don't know if I should go with napa, autozone, amazon: cardone, drive tech, or toyota factory. Any thoughts, experiences, recommendations?
