Welcome to the world of lifting a 3rd gen. There is a very good chance you will have ongoing vibration issues, unless you spend a lot of money to do everything right. Too many members (including myself I have to admit) throw on taller suspension thinking it will be some sort of improvement to the truck. Nothing against you personally op.
Your vibrations could be coming from the cv's, but probably not because they are ruined. Rather it would be because of the increased angle on them. Those cvs are spinning pretty fast when you're driving down the road at 60. If there's any imbalance in them at the increased angle from the lift, you're really going to feel it at 60+. I have had the same experience with my truck.
Or your issues may be something else altogether as already mentioned. Could be the front drive shaft, worn front end components, warped rotors, bad alignment, etc
