I had a similar situation on my 04 v6 and when I pulled the code it was evaporative emmission leak. My gas cap was loose. Total BS that it made my dash light up (traction , check engine, abs , vsrc) causing me to panic but I'm glad it was nothing.

I am having the same issue with my 04 sr5 92k. I cannot locate the noise. I have had it off the ground and tried to shake and move everything I can see. I cannot reproduce the noise. I will check the end link bushings. On my 3rd gen when the end links went bad I got a squeaking not a thunk...

Can anyone tell me if the auto up and down window feature is in the switch? My 99 SR5 has this feature on the drivers and passenger doors. My 04 SR5 only has it on the drivers. The switches appear the same so if I swap the switch from the 3rd gen to the 4th should the window now have that feature?

I got 2 keys on Ebay from seller mykeyless-1 .$15.49 for the 2 plus free shipping. I thought they had the best deal. I would recommend them. I did check to see if the fob I programmed works on the rear window and it does. I didn't buy a fob though. I had 2 for my 99 sr5 that doesn't get driven...

I had both my new keys cut at my local ACE. And I had not even thought to check the back window as I almost never use that feature. DOH! I will check on that later.
