MREL. It looks like on my 4runner power goes through the fuse to number 1 on the efi relay. On the Tundra, it looks like the PCM controls the EFI relay as it MREL wire goes straight from PCM to #1 on the efi relay. I wonder if this is the cause of my o2s, heaters, cat and evap to not set...
