Lucas Oil Transmission FIx Has anyone ever tried Lucas Oil's Transmission Fix to try and stop a leak? Any harm in trying?

More info To clarify, its the piece right in the center with a bolt on one side and the wires coming out of the otherside. Its all connected by a oval shaped piece at the base. I'm assuming there is a gasket here. Another pic as well.
