I would agree with louder but don't think I would call it drone. It's not the best exhaust sound out thee but it's a good value if you want a little more sound. I would not do it if I was towing long distance with a heavy trailer though. The additional engine load would make it too loud for me...

I just had to replace the socket on mine. The connections were bad causing the bulb to work intermittently. Was a $10 fix from Toyota. The socket just plugs into the wiring harness.

Listen for a tick from exhaust manifolds on cold start. They are expensive to replace.

Tabs go in front or behind on the tube style? I had a similar style on my Ram with 3 hella 4000s. Would want to check out spacing to see if room for those lights - they are pretty deep.

Also make sure the top "pivot" is clean. The bar the belt slides on at the B pillar can cause issues when dirty.
