Just did the 5th Gen brake upgrade this weekend. Everything went smooth and the brakes feel great. Didn't have a frozen solid piston on the old but they were rusty and now it feels like I have less drag from the brakes. I bought all the same part numbers as in the first page of this post...

Where did you find the information that the pad's for 4th gen and 5th are the same? The toyota part numbers are different when I looked them up for the pads. Just curious because I'm doing this upgrade and want just want to make sure I have all the correct parts. 2011: pads: 04465-60320...

I have to turn the truck on and lock/unlock doors to get gate to operate. It seems as though there is intermittent power to the gate. I don't know where to start or look. Has any one experienced this?

I am having the same problem. I replaced my relay (which was already grey and correct number) and I still get the blinking light. It's not all the time but more often than not. I'm going to try and use the A/C pro recharge kit and see if that helps. What is the Sight Glass test?
