I use this (Pardon Our Interruption...) on my 2023 4Runner and have used other similar ones from eBay in my other runners without problems. They are easy to install and work without issues. The one installed in my 2012 lasted 12 years. I had to replace it late last year.

Couple of things to try. 1. Keep spraying with the PB. 2. Get a ball pin hammer and a regular hammer. Put ball against bolt and tap flat side with other hammer. Hopefully the vibrations created will allow the PB to penetrate deeper. 3. Try to tighten the bolt. It might break the seal allowing...
