Rough running engine [V-6} No regular[ 87 octane]

2004 V6 rough idle can happen cold or hot. Code came up P-0306. Changed all plugs,# 6 coil pak and #6 injector and still have same problem.The rough idle usually lasts 25-30 seconds then runs smooth with good power after that. Any and all ideas appreciated.

Rough running engine [V-6} Starting about a week ago the engine ran rough when first started. Now it runs rough even after it is up to operating temp, but only maybe a minute, then runs normal after that. Today the check engine light and VSC Trac & VSC off lights remain on.. Any ideas???

Rear lift gate locking mechanism does not engage the lock position. You can hear the motor trying to close the door, but does not lock it. Have changed the computer, cleaned out rust, lubricated all moving parts. Any ideas??
