intermittent rough idle

2004 V6 rough idle can happen cold or hot. Code came up P-0306. Changed all plugs,# 6 coil pak and #6 injector and still have same problem.The rough idle usually lasts 25-30 seconds then runs smooth with good power after that. Any and all ideas appreciated.

Rough running engine [V-6}

No regular[ 87 octane]

It might be your engines computer just making and air Temp. adjustment.
