The original unit appears to have a 20 pin plug which is like the JBL systems. However I don't see the 20 pin plug on the amp. Was this amp plugged into the original radio?
You will need to pressure test the system for leaks such as hoses etc. You will also need refrigerant and refrigerant oil. The best thing would be to have it professionally diagnosed.

Try following the leads from the tps down to the trans. Unplug the connector at the trans and spray the contacts both male and female with a contact cleaner. I would also do the same at the tps.
