Okay, thanks. I was wondering about having to cut the grille. Based on my measurements, there is no way to get the winch in there w/o cutting the grille. I have the same grilles as yours shown.

Just spent $4k on my 2000 limited with 225,000. All new suspension wheels and tires - upgraded. (easy to do these days when you have others do the work). The truck is so solid I can't se any value in dropping $50k on a new one to match what I have. About all it needs is the typical head gasket.
