If you can't remember where the vacuum lines go, I took numerous photos (before I removed mine) and I have several vacuum line diagrams (OEM and enthusiasts).

Good luck with your swap. I just swapped the engine in my 95 4Runner with a reman from Jasper. I also did a few modifications. Now it runs better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot in December 1994. Well worth it.
