so i went ahead and and just did it . i removed the cam plug's and replased them. it's tight but not that hard to do . sealed them up with FIPG and good to go . After i did the job i went on a 400 mile trip just to make shure it's all good . here's the dirty part: YouTube - wasteland runner enjoy

i just found out my driver side rear cam seal is leaking ! does anyone know if you can pull this seal with out removing the valve cover . i checked the fsm but it's no help . i can get to the cam seal cover and remove it but will the seal just pop out and i can just install the new one or do...

ive had no problem's. i did it about 5 month's ago. i want to belive it did help abit .

i live in sandiego and i might be headed up that way this week for some work . ive got a 1990 .

when it stop's doing it's job of cooling or spring's a leak . i just replaced mine run's alot cooler now and warm's up faster. i'm guessing becuse of better flow

so today i found a nasty coolant leak when warming up . the outlet pipe was loose not @ the coupler in front of the timing belt cover but from the back where it bolt's to the block :cry: almost imposable to get at . i did manage to get to it but snaped a bolt trying to tighten it up . it was...

my 2nd gen suck's as a daily driver . on the weekend's in the dirt it kick's azz. think of this would you trade straght up your 4th gen for a 2nd gen ?

look's like it has mostly the same part's . i would check reveiw's . i did not find many for the procomp.

i went with the procomp stage 2 4" lift 4 inch Lift Kit with ES3000 Shocks for the price i think it's a good deal . i have lifted other truck's before with bodylift's and spacer's and was not happy with the perfomance . i would spent the extra money and get a full susp lift . i thought of...

i was told by the local procomp dealer that the ES9000 would be too stiff of a ride for stock .they said to go with the ES3000

save your self some money and buy them from the local autoparts store and install your self . it's a good chance to see what's going on under the hood

that's the real problem . i tossed the stock deck and removed the two small amp's in the rear speaker box's and installed a set of polk DB501's in the stock box's . got infinity kapa's up front sound's great . i could still use a small sub 8"
