2nd gen 3.0 rear cam seal help

i just found out my driver side rear cam seal is leaking ! does anyone know if you can pull this seal with out removing the valve cover . i checked the fsm but it's no help . i can get to the cam seal cover and remove it but will the seal just pop out and i can just install the new one or do you have to press the new one in with force ?

so i went ahead and and just did it . i removed the cam plug's and replased them. it's tight but not that hard to do . sealed them up with FIPG and good to go . After i did the job i went on a 400 mile trip just to make shure it's all good . here's the dirty part:
