I personally wouldn't touch them without a torque wrench, OP. It's a really light torque spec (53 inch/lbs i think) and people have cracked them by "just snugging them up". If it's torqued to spec and still leaks, do a valve cover gasket job the right way. Not hard. Nice truck!
