FS: Dobinsons C59-220V springs [Pittsburgh, PA] - $180

Selling a brand new set of Dobinsons C59-220V springs for the rear of a 3rd Gen 4Runner. These are a 4-5" lift spring with no weight and ride best with weight (I'd suggest 250+ everyday weight). I did install them for one week, so they are scratched up, but that's about it. $180 + shipping...

    Outer CV boots - repair/replace?

Hey all, I read a lot of conversation about inner CV boots, but not a ton about outer CV boots... so here I am. I got stuck in some snow the other day and while in 4WD I heard a loud clunk/pop when trying to get out. The front wheels were not spinning but the back wheels were since the snow...

Now Available! Acrylic Fuse box platforms for 96-00 and 01-02 4runners!

Ripcord or anyone else... When hooking this up with the ignition relay, can you bypass a single item through the fuse block? I want my fridge to have constant power but the other switches like lights to be on the relay. Would this cause for no relay to be used or would I just have to wire it...

    Another Flexplate PSA

Good thoughts. The trans mount looks great, but I didn't inspect the engine mount. Might be worth a look when I bring it to my shop to have them replace a rear driveshaft u-joint for me in a couple of weeks. Some believe a bad starter can cause the failure as well. From a visual and hand...

    Another Flexplate PSA

IMO, get it fixed now otherwise it could take out other items with it when it goes. Not worth the hassle if it does. In my case, nothing else was broken. We inspected the starter and TC just in case. But you may not be so lucky so best to be on the safe side.

    Another Flexplate PSA

Also, if you have questions about the replacement process of your flexplate, watch these two YouTube videos that explain how to remove the transmission. Transmission removal - Part 1 Transmission removal - Part 2 You can leave the transfer case on, but it's easier to remove it for more room...

    Another Flexplate PSA

Hey everyone, I figured I would add to the flexplate knowledge database here on the forum after... you guessed it... my flexplate grenade-ed itself. I talked to people on Facebook, I read through the forums, and I spoke to Toyota techs. One thing we know is, we don't have a conclusion for how...

    **The Duster 2.0 - 00' 4Runner SR5**

Excited to see where this build goes! I am in need of a welder for me to buy and install parts from Emkeith soon. This Fall is certainly on the plan before coat the frame with the Eastwood Rust Encapsulator (LOVE this stuff so far - use the internal frame spray too).

    Roof Rack Advice

Hey everyone, been a little bit since I posted, but wanted to run something by people! I'm looking at purchasing a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform for my 3rd gen 4Runner and I wanted a little advice. Looking at the different size options, 49" is the best width. But for length, instead of a 60x49"...
