I've got a 95 SR5 22RE 5spd (245,000mi), and I regularly get 23mpg (I zero out the trip odometer every fill-up and divide the miles driven by the gallons to fill). In fact if I fall lower than this, I start thinking about a tune up. Mostly hiway driving, mixed with weekend off-road.
