okay , with the help of all the people here . i found the soulution for this problem. once everything comes in . i will put together some pictures and have it all back up.....

fkhealth thank you for answering not only this but the other thread also, i did take your advice and went to TIS, i only spent the 25 for 2 days. but reading schematics and wiring diagrams, are not my strong suit and i had a little problem navigating the site. i will take out my meter to test...

connecting aftermarket lights , with out a relay.... is what i'm told

diverside , behind the left side kick panel . you have to pull the side sill unscrew the kick panel.. it's not hard but some work....

okay , i have a diode thats part of the main harness. part# in pic . Located front driverside behind kick panel . see pics the diode is what i need help with if anyone can. i have a 2021 runner limited . with this part burnt out . there are lights not working in the rear of the runner from this...

i actually pulled the diode, because the plug melted nothing on it. i been to 5 places today . the reason why we love these trucks is the reason there not in the junkyards.. they last

they told me part# 82111-35P90 i just need the diode info.. hoping the smart guys on here can help a brother out or i have a 2021 4runner brick parked outside.

i have the part number, is the diode you suggested the right value ( thats kinda what i'm looking for just to replace that diode. here is the part number info . it's to replace the whole wiring harness.....

thank you , i actually been to 5 u pull it's today. they don't have to many 4runners. the places around most of them pull the part themselves and they won't cut this out. i called a few

I checked all fuses under the steering wheel , checked wiring harness under there also see no other damage . Checked all fusses under hood no blown . I was told that diode controls if the power is sent back to the lights or not. Removed the Pillar lights as soon as I was told by dealer...

thank you for the reply , you would think they would . i can show you the invoice . they said my warrenty wouldn't cover it . it would cost at least 10,000 to fix it becouse they have to take the whole car apart ( i'm assuming they where going to replace the whole wire harness) . so when i go...

thanks for the reply, the diode is OEM, it is from the front driverside kick panel.. the pillar lights are a plug and play kit , i had put them in when first bought the runner .. dealership said over the time the diode was taking to much current and it finally melted.. thanks again
