Wanted to check with you guys and see if the milkshake deal is less common among 1996 and 1997 year models. Just bought a 1996 with 177,000 miles. Did some searching but didn't see much of anything on those years and milkshake.

1996 I know this is an older thread but I have a question. Is the pink milkshake not as common with 1996-1997 models? Just don't see many comments from owners who have these year models. I just bought my '96 and I'm thinking of putting an external cooler.

Just traded my 1997 Chevy Z-71 with 200,000 miles for a 1996 4Runner SR5 with 177,000 miles. It has the 3.4L Engine. It seems to be in great mechanical shape. I'm running about 2300-2500 RPM on the interstate at around 70-80 MPH. Just checking to see if it is normal. It feels a little high...
