Has anyone replaced a window regulator in their truck? If so, I assumed you greased/lubed the moving parts. What grease/lube did you use? My passenger window regulator is going out and the stealership wants $700 to replace so I decided to buy the parts and do it myself.

Go with the LTD. I had an 06 LTD V8 that I wrecked and then found an 04 LTD V8 with Xreas that has been great. You will not notice the power difference from the 03 V8 to the 05 V8. I would make sure the timing belt has been replaced!

For what its worth, I had Michelin Cross Terrains installed in January at the local Toyota Dealership. They had to balance them 3 times before the vibration was completely gone. The truck now rides SMOOTH.

I agree, it has to be tread pattern. I am beginning to think the tread noise I am hearing is normal due to the depth and style of the tread pattern. I am curious as to what tires you guys had before you had the Cross Terrains?

That's the weird thing, the truck doesn't drag, pull and actually rides pretty smooth. The noise is there all the time regardless of road, however,it is quieter on blacktop surfaces. My old Duelers were quieter(sad to say). It sounds like I have 32 inch tires with a 2 inch lift. I lowered...
