So this is what I went with for the letters.... Printed out TOYOTA on two bts of A4 and joined them together. Taped the back to give it a bit of strength and then cut out the letters with a razor blade Light bit of spray mount on the template to hold it in place on the radiator and then...

Same as sam24th said I grabbed.. 4 of 5/16 x 2.1/4 clevis pins 4 of R clips (Hair pins clips) Easy enough to do, unscrew door from hinges, cut pin in half, separate with flat head screwdriver then pull out, Clean up and slip the new pins in, works a treat.

Fixed the lid to the rack and painted it Black, just got to get the latches sorted and ready to go!

Cheers bud, it was pretty easy to do all up! Although I kept having to remix the epoxy as kept letting it go off in the mix pot.. I got the mesh in local Aussie shop (SuperCheapAuto), I just jumped on their website and they have it on there so you should be able to find similar near you...

Rear bumper was an afternoon with a grinder and a welder and a pile of RHS.....I am no artist...notice theres no close ups of my welds! But I like how its come out, plan is to put some hitch /jack / tow bar mounts through it that are tied in properly to the frame.

Yeah I think that will be the go. I called in my local printers and they can cut acrylic if I take them in the exact design. Quoted $18 to cut out the letters for Toyota at 5cm high.... so going to have to work out the font or something...

Got the wifie to pilot the sewing machine for a canvas cover to use a spare bit up I had lying around! Velcros on and off nice and easy.

For anyone not worried about drilling through their roof I mounted the my light bar up there and reckon its ok! Sketched out a design and cut out some cardboard templates to test fit When finished marked them out on to some 6mm thick flat bar Cut it all out along with some feet Also...
