I used cheap 75w-90 from my local chain store for my 2010 4runner limited in 2017. And it is running well. I did same change again this year. My 4runner is 14 years old since I bought it, I didn't see any issue in harsh west Canada :-). so go ahead with any 75w-90, you should be ok.

I replaced all 6 studs on one front wheel since only $3 each. Seems be ok to tap them out. I feel not bad to the hub. Also the 45mm length is exactly same as original, so I have the right parts. Thank you everyone.

I also not sure if the hammer taps may hurt the hub itself?

Why it has to be 50mm? I purchased parts from Toyota dealer and the part number is 90942-02082. I measured, it is 45-46mm only top to bottom. Maybe rear wheel studs are different? Also, I think I am lucky, I only need to replace the front.

Searched youtube and didn't get anything for 4runner FRONT wheel. I know basic steps, I just want to know if there is enough space at the back of the hub to knock the stud off and put new back on.

Will it cause any problem without AC to dehumidify the air? I am worried it actually fog the windshield even worse?

Golfpilot, unfortunately, on my 2010 limited, both setting will have AC kicked in. Maybe the best way is to disable the compressor by pulling out the fuse.

Can you explain more about this? Do you mean there is a button can do this?
