I made it. Bought letters on customcargrills.com. On their website they have detailed videos on how to cut up the stock grill and make a pretty good looking satoshi style grill. I sourced the mesh myself because it was cheaper that way. Also - thank you!

I just installed a 1" BL and the front bumper looks fine - rear bumper there's a SLIGHT gap but it's nothing crazy. You only notice it if you're looking for imperfections back there. I assume it'll be slightly more apparent with a 1.5" BL :tape2:
