I'm trying to help my father-in-law with his new-to-him '96 4Runner 3RZ-FE that is squealing on startup despite a belt change. A friend mentioned maybe it's the idler pulley, but I've heard the 2.7L 4 cyl. 3RZ-FE doesn't have an idler...
