A hidden Battery or Starter or Ignition disconnect switch should work. It would be easy to install and operate. Hard to Steal if you can't get it to crank.

I believe most people are replacing the rear coil springs with either OME springs or Moog (Part# CC255) springs to correct the sag. Of course the OME is Top Tier product and Moog is a less expensive really good product.
