I bought this Filter off ebay and noticed it was a hair different. The part # of the my original is 17801-38051 new part # 17801-yzz13 The Toyota dealer I bought it from says Toyota quit making the 38051 and this is new updated part #. It's the same of everything except the charcoal filter...

It's pretty high for us too in Texas. You should be able to write off the new vehicle sales tax on your taxes though (not that you get it back) but I'm self employed and write it off.
