Nope. It was free. They even rode with me to hear the noise.

The stealership said the nosie was the pump on the resivor for the brake fluid. It's still making that noise. I have had no problems but it is an annoyance. If they tell you something diffrent let us know.

Thanks Brian. However, what I'm looking for is something more ruggerd looking than a Yakima or Thule rack. If you have one of the Yakima baskets tell me about it. Do you like it? Does it hold up to much abuse? Is the 150 lbs. weight limit enough?

Hey what is the hold up on the 4th Gen roof racks. I'm looking for something like the Wilderness Cargo Rack but no one seems to have anything. Do any of you know when this stuff is supposed to appear? I'm almost tempted to get the Yakima MegaLoad Warrior. Any info or ideas would be great.

I'm With You My 03' has 15K on it in the first year and pleanty of scuffs and scrapes to go with it. I done some of off-road driving and a lot of the trials were overgrown. I love the body cladding because it takes the brunt of the abuse and still looks great. I find it funny that some will buy...

One More Thing I have noticed that the noise has started occuring when I first start the truck up. I also realized that when I first got my truck it never made this nosie. Now with 15K on it I hear it every time I drive. WTF?
