Drove up Teton Canyon today... Snow got deeper the higher we went, was rubbing the undercarriage in spots. Several other rigs had been up there and the snow was packed and icy in many places. These tires kick butt.

Have had a chance to run through some mud and snow, performance is at least as good as the Hankook DynaPro ATMs I ran on my old XJ. And these are not as noisy on dry roads.

The boys at the Idaho Falls Discount Tire provided excellent customer service. Don't know what kind of training you do, but it works. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you for a great tire buying experience!

Just had these installed today and the improvement over stock is very dramatic. Handling, braking, everything is so different. Some of that is new tires, obviously, but the rubber compound has a ton more grab, and they roll easier, stop better, and are no noisier than OE. Interested to see...

It was on this site, but now it isn't, so wondering if they made a mistake earlier? It was $135/tire. They have it in 16". I can find this tire as a 245/75/17 on Amazon. Odd. I'll keep looking. Sears.com

What are the nets on the side? Do they cover the passenger windows?

Great tutorial! Totally convinced me that as long as the dealer has oil change coupons I'll let them deal with it. Had various Jeep XJs from early 1990's until this May, and it was a quick and easy job, just needed a Napa 1515 Gold filter, 6 qts of Mobile 1, basic hand tools and 2 beers. :)

Found a good deal on these, but they are an inch taller over-all, and looking through some of the tire stickies it looks like that's pushing it. TIA
