So I blew my HG on my less than 2 yr rebuilt motor messing around with the Supra Intake mod. Think issue was mix of crappy headers and HG bolts didn't get re-torqued after rebuild not handling the increased air/fuel. (Was an awesome improvement on test drive until I blew HG)
While I'm deployed...
A speaker up grade shouldn't be to bad. I'd have to look back at my Amazon order on speakers I got. Back ones where a pain and would not work with new head. Issue was due to a mini-amp in the rear speaker boxes. I was able to mount the new speakers on the old boxes with a little bit of easy...
Nice. I've been out almost every weekend the last 2 months for deer and bear but no luck yet. Did find a Black Bear around 600-700 lbs that will hopfuly get stuffed in the back of my 4R next weekend. The crawling guys at work see my muddy 4r and ask where I went mudding. Always tell them aint...
My 2nd gen cosole measures as follows.
Top half. 7 5/8 long, 3 5/8 wide, 4 deep
Bottom half. 12 in long with taper at back, 4 1/4 wide with taper, 5 3/4 deep.
Pretty sure it's the same console as one of the 1st gen ones in a pic in an earlier post.
Nice 4R sounds like you got a good deal.
I heard that boring the CAT or removing isn't a good idea. Was on here, not sure what tread. Had something to do with back pressure needed.
I like how your back platform folds up. Mine doesn't and it sometimes bottoms out on me. Use my 94 for a hunting...
I might be able to hook you up but not sure when. Works crazy and I'm trying to fill deer, bear, and pig tags. I'll try to get measuerments and pics of mine. I think some of what you have already made will fit.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this but it looks like some of your center console ones will fit in the 2nd gen console. These things are great! Probaly going to get one. Be nice to not have the heater vents blast hot air on my bear in the winter. AC helping keep it cold in the summer is nice though.
