An Auto electrician in Mexico on the Baja Peninsula fixed it for me.
He installed the relay directly between the battery and the car.
I would take your car to an auto electrician or to Toyota and talk to them about installing another relay.

Okay, it has been 2 weeks since I last replied to this post and about 1 week since I installed a relay between the battery and the starter as pkinfinity mentioned:
I'm very happy to report that installing this relay has fixed my problem. The car starts every time. Crossed fingers :hatsoff:

I don't understand how the Throttle Positioning Sensor would cause the car not to turn over after a long period of driving the car when everything works fine.
