Yeah, I was thinking of that route, but then whenever the tensioner finally does go bad - that would just be another job and a half to figure out then. Trying to get her to 400k so I dont want to skimp. But thanks!

Update: Mechanic was able to somehow cut the head of the bolt and get the rest of it out. Tomorrow have to just pull out the actual bearing piece of the tensioner assembly and all should be well. Going to go to a hardware store and see if they can match a new bolt. Will update tomorrow.
