I did the clearing of the codes (pulled EFI fuse for 30s) and then took it around the block and up to 50MPH, probably a little less than a half hour though. Either way, same codes popped up. The CEL comes on if I go over ~10-15 MPH, every time, but it will stay off until that time. A side...

Pulled the codes for my 1995 3VZ-E, they are: 14, 25, 26, 52. Where should I start looking and what are the easiest things to do in order to get it straightened out? Thanks!

Thanks for the tips all. After inspecting I opted to get a thread insert (Time-sert) put in by a mechanic buddy of mine. Thankfully, all went off without incident and only cost $100. Runs like a dream now!

So I've had a 2nd gen for a couple of months, has run fine up until it started rough idling about a week ago. I through some seafoam in the brake booster hose, the crank case and the gas tank. Three days later, I was on E, drained the oil, put in fresh oil and started changing the spark plugs...

There is a couple rust spots that have not gone all the way through yet, what's the best way to deal with those so it doesn't keep wearing away?
