you buy a after market wiring harness from like best buy or circut city or something

Ive had my 4runner for a couple of months. i feel its now time to start upgrading, and with the snow season coming up i want a winch. has anyone heard anything of when a new ARB will be coming out for the 4th generation or if any one else knows any other good reliable bumpers out there? Bailey
