**Rear Coil Spring Discussion - The Perfect 3rd Gen Rear Spring**

I paired the c59-137v coils with the 3rd gen specific Bilstein 5100s in the rear and Bilstein 6112s upfront set to the 6/4 setting. The c59-137v coils aren't side specific. Here are my hub to fender measurements: - FL: 21.5" - FR: 21.5" - RL: 22.5" - RR: 22.25"

Don't kill me another rear coil question

Get a pair of Dobinsons C59-137v rear springs. They should give you your desired lift height while performing better than either the 906s or '99 talls. They won't give you as much lift as a pair of 890s. I just put them on my truck after doing hours of research on this exact topic.

Bilstein 6112 clip position and lift heights

Bumping this thread as Brian and I were having a conversation about 6112 clip settings in a different thread. It might be worth updating the original post in this thread with the following information. I dug up some old posts that I found during my 6112 research. Below are some of the perch...

**Rear Coil Spring Discussion - The Perfect 3rd Gen Rear Spring**

I spoke with Mike at Exit Offroad and learned that the 131 is a linear rate coil, while the 137v is a progressive rate coil. I opted for these instead of '99 talls and OME 906s. Will update with ride quality once I get them installed.

    What shocks are you using?

Reading your build thread encouraged me to follow a similar route. Our goals and objectives were very similar from what I could tell. That said, I opted for 5100 w/ Dobinsons C59-137v in the rear instead of 5160s w/ OME 906 for two reasons. First, I have no need for a remote reservoir and...

**Rear Coil Spring Discussion - The Perfect 3rd Gen Rear Spring**

Timely thread as I'm looking to refresh the tired suspension on my 2000. What's the difference between the Dobinson C59-131 vs. C59-137v other than load capacity? The 131 is listed as standard load while the 137v is listed as heavy load. Are the free heights the same? Looking at Dobinsons'...

    Official Coolant Flush Guide

My radiator was coming up on 8 years old so I decided to go ahead and replace it, change the thermostat, and fill with new coolant. This thread was a great guide. When burping, I just let the truck run for about 15 minutes with the radiator cap off and periodically squeezing the upper radiator...
