It looks like these shades introduce a larger blind spot at the windshield pillars when retracted. Do you find this annoying and/or distracting? I also wonder if the retracted units are legal in California when attached to the windshield while the truck is in motion. For example, it is not...

Nope. Similar. The Coast unit I bought cost a bit more ($20.00) but I bet it throws more light. I have several Coast flashlights, they are a bit expensive but they have better reflectors and lenses than any other brand I have tried.

I don't think MPG changed at all. I have been averaging 20 MPG since day one.

These tires c ontinue to delight me. We also have a set on my wife's Subaru Outback. Good grip on snow, ice and rain yet quiet on dry pavement. The only thing I don't know about yet is tire wear, just not enough miles to tell.

That is Sugar Bowl from the Disney Meadow looking across to Donner Ski Ranch. You're gonna love the V8! It walks up the hill effortlessly with turbine like smoothness. I think the transmission/engine match is the best I have ever driven in an automatic.
