Rick, where is the coolant temp senser? I've heard there are 2. (i don't know where is the one you are talking about) I am having a similar issue, high idle. So I'm taking the much info I can before I open the hood. Thx!

damn... Well I will have to take off 4oz then. I've read "this kit comes with a pre mesured bottle of 8oz GM oil" In my head I was like, Pre-mesured, ok then... I will try to remove the oil without taking off the SC. It's gonna make a mess but I'm sick of seeing my truck with the hood open...

You sure about the quantity of the oil needed in the supercharger? You are making me doubting now. I've read that bottle came pre-mesured at 8oz. Don't tell me I'm wrong please...

I do from time to time shifting around 4500rpm since I have a SC, it is very easy to get the needle past that line, you know! I have no clue if the noise is actually coming from the clutch pedal or the clutch itself. And this is kind of annoying I have to say. As metionned, clutch and all...

I noticed the exact same noise when I depress the clutch pedal while at high RPM. I just replaced the clutch, litterally. Did you cure the problem? Thank you

I wish I had an answer. I just bought the Stant 170 and I didn't see any instruction. I've seen a couple pictures and it was mounted horizontal. I honestly don't think it matters since it has no opening.

Oh thats very interesting!! I come from level 0 too but just moved in Colorado. (and yes, about 4500/5000ft down the city and up to 12k ft on the trails. Do you think the elevation is acting up on fuel grade as well?
