UPDATE: Not sure if anyone cares but the 4Runner was indeed totaled. Actual Cash Value was ~$3800 in case anyone is interested ($5000+ in damages :wow2:) . Could serve as a baseline for future 1st gen value. I'm going to meet the adjuster to close everything out this afternoon.

Brique Yea her son was listed as the driver on the police report. My insurance company will pursue him individually as I have uninsured motorist coverage.
