Check the area around the oil pan. I had a similar problem. To change the oil on a 4th gen it's a bit of a pain. I found that a previous oil change "box" place had sheered a bolt off towards the front of the skid plate oil pan cover. I had to drill out snd re-tap/install another bolt...
