Correct, the light stays solid until I removed the key, at which time it went out, then I inserted the new key, and That's where I'm stuck.

Hey all, I've run into a road block. I've followed the instructions right up until I insert the new key. However the light does not flash steadily or stop. It flashes quickly 2 times and 1 steady flash, then repeats. I know for sure I have not reached the 5 key limit as I am the original owner...
