Mine have been incredible through freezing rain in the Pacific Northwest. Best wet weather tire I've ever owned by a far margin.

I have been squeaking every time I stop. I assumed that my brakes needed replacement, but I just had my tires swapped at Les Schwab and they said they looked fine. What else could cause a squeak when braking?

Save yourself some trouble and avoid Les Schwab if you're trying to use the Haweka adapter. They told me they knew exactly how to use it and then took a chunk out of two of my wheels. They then admitted they'd never actually used the adapter. This was after I called 4 stores to find one who could.

I live in a very heavy rain area, so I bought the best wet traction tires I could find and they just happened to be snow tires also. Just an added bonus, but unless I'm going skiing, I might see snow twice a year.

I definitely like the idea of tying to a roof rack. Are they pretty waterproof? The video seems to imply they are. I work in Oregon so heavy rain would definitely be a factor.
