gordonp, thanks for the feedback! I’ll recheck the pinion angle again, thought it would be good at 0.8 but perhaps I need to get it closer to 0. I live in the Northeast, do you think those Johnny Joints on the arms would hold up? I’m hesitant to go that route. Thanks, Mark

Brakes: I would perhaps bleed the calipers to get some fresh fluid in, if not done in last 6 months. Engine Oil: if close-ish to your interval, do it pre-trip. Diffs: same as engine oil, if close c9nsider pre-trip. Kind of depends on how hard you’ll be using the truck for those 1k miles...
