Outside Door Handle Rattle

Hiya, I’ve narrowed down 1 rattle to be my outside door handle. It has lost a lot of tension when you release it, doesn’t really close down against the door tightly.

Does anyone know what component inside the front door applies the tensioi had the panel off for a window regular job, but couldn’t really figure it out.

You're probably going to have to remove the door panel to see what the problem is. There is a thread in the mods/writeups .... stickys on how to do this. There is also a thread on changing the door lock actuators (you can search on) that may help. As I remember there are cables from the interior and exterior door handles that operate the latch.
