It's an auto tranny. Top speed I've hit off road is 75mph but I average around 45-50mph. Last time I drove to Moab I hit 108mph averaging 85mph on the freeway. If that gives a better perspective on the driving.

You must be getting bored by now but I am on another pause because I recently just found a TRD Supercharger and an E-Locker that I might be purchasing. If this deal goes through the bumper build is going to be set back quite a while. I should find out this week if it is going to happen or not.

I've seen both of those hinges and the only problem is the price! $80 for a hinge would be a large fraction of the overall cost.

Any recommendations on tire carrier hinges? DIY ideas or cheap places to get them?
