Solved it. Still a mystery as to why it did that. But I took the intake pipe off and inspected the TB, a TON of oil in it, but thats what those POS's do. Anyways put it back together, fired it up, and it accelerates fine now. Finally shipping it to the customer....aaaaah, i hate 4Runners
