OEM Toyota cats are very high quality and should last the lifetime of the car. I reused my 130k cats and they still appeared like new internally.
I doubt any aftermarket cat is on par as far as quality in comparison to OEM Toyota parts.
Now this said I was not looking to squeeze every last...
I only bought rear ones from them as I had already replaced the fronts.
Part No 19-B2726 and Part No 19-B2727 I have no complaints and the savings was nice!
I used this code and saved a good couple of bucks, maybe you can too

good luck
I have no point of reference because I did the headers and exhaust at the same time. I know the OEM y pipe is a terrible POS so I am happy with the new set up.
Both my OEM manifolds were also cracked at the flange ( near the head ) I had the extra exhaust work done at the same time as the headers were installed.
The exhaust work ( NOT including the header install ) was $340
Here is what the exhaust shop did for my exhaust. Stock cats retained JoeyJ
I also have been doing some surface rust clean up/ rust reformer, while it is not perfect it looks better so its a start.
Heat makes the metal expand and fills in the crack, so it quiets down. It wont hurt anything but make you nuts when windows are down or driving next to buildings.
