Did they give you an itemized receipt with a part number? Mine isn't under warranty anymore, but I wonder if it's something I could order the part online and swap out myself.

Thanks I'll give that a try. It seems if message boards could copy some of the social media cues and let people "tag" their pictures... you could search for certain "tags" and find relevant pictures.
